The customer wanted to use a steel frame for a new
sofa model. 

Beginning of a collaborative development process.

In close contact the customer and our R&D team started to discuss construction ideas and quality requirements e.g., the strength of the frame and the different ways to connect the sofa elements, and – of course – the functions.

The project was completed.

Together we managed to develop and manufacture a solution which could match the customer’s ideas and requirements.
In addition to developing the product itself the packaging method was optimized for transportation.
